Strawberry French Toast Supreme presented by Rosewood Bed & Breakfast

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
6 slices of French bread sliced 1 inch thick
1 8oz. Package cream cheese
1 7oz. Jar of marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 pound sliced fresh strawberries (can use frozen strawberries)
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat electric griddle to 300 degrees.
2. Mix eggs and milk together and soak bread in egg mixture.
3. Cook bread on both sides to a golden brown.
4. Mix cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla until smooth.
5. Slice strawberries in bowl and sweeten with sugar.
6. Serve by placing french toast on plate then spread cream cheese mixture on top and spoon strawberries on top.
Makes 6 Servings.
