3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted butter

Grease two 8" layer cake pans. In a small bowl, beat the eggs; stir in the flour and then the milk. Add the melted butter and salt. Pour into the two pans and bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Makes 2 pancakes.

Serve with fruit syrup or preserves.
