Choyce's Au Gratin Pineapple presented by Quigley's Log Home B&B Email this page to a Friend

1-20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 crushed Ritz crackers

Spray 8x8 dish with Pam. Drain pineapple. Save 3-4 T. juice.
Combine sugar and flour. Mix pineapple, flour and sugar mixture.
Add cheese and put in dish. Sprinkle top with juice and then sprinkle crackers on top.
Drizzle with oleo. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious.

Our guests enjoy resting and relaxing on our porches and decks or walking around the wildlife pond. The lower level is a walkout level to our pond and also has a large room with a stone fireplace. Families enjoy gathering here.
