1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange liquer
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with orange juice)
Cook til thickened and refrigerate. Add additional berries after it is cooked. Serve over Swedish Pancakes (see recipe for Swedish Pancakes).
