3 eggs
2 cups half & half
1 cup flour
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons salt
Beat the eggs with 1/2 cup of milk for 2-3 minutes. Add flour all at once and beat until smooth. Beat in the rest of milk, the butter and salt. Fry - Serve folded in thirds with jam or blueberry sauce (see recipe for Blueberry Sauce).
