Nest Eggs presented by Prince Solms Inn Email this page to a Friend

Each Nest:
2 - 3 thin slices Black Forest Ham
1 egg
1 TBS heavy cream
1 heaping TBS mixed grated Swiss, Cheddar, Edam and Mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle of basil
English muffin
1 Roma tomato, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large muffin cups. Line with ham and break egg over top. Add cream. Top with cheese and a sprinkle of basil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve on a half of a toasted English muffin. Place sliced tomatoes on plate as garnish.

(TIP: When baking, place water in any unused muffin cups to prevent damage to muffin tin.)

Prince Solms Inn
New Braunfels, Texas
Built in 1898 and located in downtown New Braunfels, Prince Solms is the oldest continuously operating inn in Texas. 		New Braunfels, Texas (TX) Bed and Breakfast: The Comal Hotel (later renamed the Prince Solms Inn) was built in 1898. It was known to be the most romantic and most luxurious hotel in this area, as it is still today. We are located only a few blocks from downtown New Braunfels and many attractions. We now have on-site a spa called A great ESCAPE Bath Haus Spa located in our carriage house behind the Inn.
