32 oz frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chop onion
Thaw potatoes, mix all ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
