8 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups wheat germ
8 oz. coconut
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds or cashews
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla
Stir oats, sugar, wheat germ, coconut and seeds/cashews together. Heat oil,
honey and vanilla stirring until bubbly. Mix all together. Grease 2 large
cookie sheets. Spread granola evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes,
stirring once at halftime.
