Ingredients:
2 unbaked pie shells
4 eggs
2 cans 16 oz solid pack pumpkin
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp salt, 2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 12 oz cans evaporated milk (3 cups)
1/2 cup Jack Daniel or George Dickel whiskey
Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour
into pie shells. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature
to 350 degrees, and bake 40-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Serves 12-16.
