12 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 c. whipping cream
2 T. of Kahlua or brandy
Break up the chocolate and place in the fondue pot. Add whipping cream and heat slowly, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Stir in the Kahlua or brandy. Place on low heat and dip! Serve with strawberries, peaches, blackberries, raspberries, pound cake, or ladyfingers.
If you don't have a fondue pot, you can still do this using a double boiler. Put a pot of hot water on the stove. When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and put a metal mixing bowl over it. Follow the same directions as above. Serve immediately in a heat safe bowl. Serves 8 - 10.
