3 eggs
1 Tbs. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 of a medium onion
Combine thoroughly in a food processor and blend in 3/4 lb. (about 3 cups)
diced or shredded sharp and/or mild cheddar cheese to form a thick paste.
Add a tablespoon or 2 of dry white wine or brandy to create a spreadable
paste.
Spread on biscuits or bread and broil under 400F for 10 minutes until it is
bubbly and light brown on top.
Or cook in a double boiler stirring constantly until thick (add more wine if
it gets too stiff to spread) and spread on toast or serve as an appetizer
with crackers.
