In blender place:
2 cups instant dry milk
1 1/3 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsps vanilla
In large measuring cup place:
1 cup water
1 stick margarine
Put in microwave for three minutes until boiling.
Pour contents of measuring cup into blender and blend on the highest speed.
Place contents of blender into desired container and let cool. Hot fudge
will thicken as it cools.
May be heated in microwave for about one minute whenever you want to serve.
Stir between microwaving and serving.
For variety, buy some coconut and nut ready to spread frosting and add 1/2
of the contents into a batch of hot fudge. Or add 1 8oz. block of cream
cheese to the recipe.
