1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
Dash white pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
2 cups cubed ham
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Melt butter, add flour, stir till smooth. Add milk and seasonings. Bring to boil - simmer 1 minute. Add cheese and stir till melted. Add eggs, ham and mushrooms - heat thru, either on burner or in microwave. Serve over hot butterd toast.
