2 8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
Mix sugar & egg together then add cream cheese. Blend graham cracker crumbs and butter together. Place tsp of crumb mix in mini muffin wrap (set in mini baking tin) and compress. Add 1 tsp cream cheese mix into each muffin wrap. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Don’t over bake, you don’t want them yellow. Place cherry pie filling on each little cheese cake. ENJOY!!!
