Ingredients:
1 tsp. butter, melted
1 tablespoon cream
1 egg
salt and pepper
grated havart cheese
Butter an egg coddler-add the cream-gently crack egg
into coddler. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle
cheese on the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes
or until the white is firm. Serves one. Serve immediately.
