Egg Cheese Bake - Crustless presented by Lobenhaus Bed & Breakfast & Vineyard Email this page to a Friend
12 eggs
1# Monterey Jack cheese (pepper-jack) grated
2 cups ricotta cheese

whisk eggs - mix in cheeses

micro:
1 stick butter
add:
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking powder

Mix all

Pour into sprayed 13x 9 glass baking dish
Sprinkle with parsley flakes

Bake 350 40-45 minutes or until set
Allow few minutes stand time before serving direct from dish or cut in squares

Serves 12 - more or less with other foods

1/2 recipe (7 eggs)
8 x 8 sprayed glass dish
adjust baking times for pan size... does not bake well if too thick
