4 cups frozen Hash Browns
Layer in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan and bake for 30 min. in a 350 oven
Make a white sauce of 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 c flour, 2 cups milk, 1 t salt, and 1/2 t white pepper.
Mix 12 eggs, 1 c sour cream in a large bowl. Add ham, bacon, or sausage, (or mixture of each) to eggs.
Mix in cooled white sauce and pour over hash browns.
Sprinkle with a combination of Monterey jack and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45 min at 350.
