2 cups day old French bread torn into 1 inch pieces
3 link sausage precooked and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
1 Granny Smith Apple peeled and chopped
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup Swiss cheese shredded
Cover the bottom of an ungreased quiche dish with the bread pieces. Add the
sliced sausage and apples. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs and milk together
and pour over the bread mixture. Stir in cheeses. Bake 350o 40 minutes. Cool 10
minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
