2 Tbsps butter
6 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsps granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Melt butter. Coat pie plate and set aside.
Beat eggs slightly. Mix in flour, sugar and salt. Mix in milk slowly until
smooth.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees.
This recipe will rise and then fall when taken from the oven.
