12 oz. bag frozen strawberries
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
Place strawberries in blender first and let sit for about 10 minutes to unthaw a bit. Then add to blender, whipping cream, heavy cream, sugar, and sour cream. Blend on chop (1-minute) then blend on liquify until thick and smooth. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with a mint leave on top or a
slice of strawberry on the side top glass dish. Enjoy!
