4 chicken breast (halves)
1 to 1 1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar or subsitute (sugar- I like splenda)
1 c. pecans
1 bunch of red seedless grapes
Break chicken up after cooking when tender and cool; add rest of ingredients and place on bed of lettuce or use as sandwich. Enjoy!
