Ingredients:
1 orange
2 Tbsp orange juice
7 oz chicken meat
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tomato, sliced
salt to taste
Cut 1 orange in half-remove pulp. Mix 1/4 cup chopped pulp with all and
fill orange halves. Arrange on beds of lettuce. Serves 2.
