1 pound Crabmeat
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sherry (I add more)
1 cup cream
3/4 cup sharp cheese grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Make cream sauce with butter, flour, cream. Add salt, pepper and sherry. Remove from stove. Add crabmeat. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle the cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Lobster meat and shrimp may be added to this recipe.
Double this or you'll be sorry. They always come back for more.
