Ingredients: 4 tomatoes
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. green chives chopped
1 tsp. dried basil
4 tsp. butter/margarine
salt and pepper
Cut tomatoes in half, sprinkle a little salt and pepper
over them. Melt butter/margarine. Mix dried ingredients.
Pour melted butter into mix. Stir until coated with butter,
spoon onto tomatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes,
until top is golden. Serves 8.
