20 minutes before cooking:
Blend: 1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix: 2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
grated rind of one orange

Combine all ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter to completed batter.
