2 cans mandarin oranges
2 bananas
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Flaked coconut and cherries with stems
Blend orange juice, honey, and lemon juice. Arrange oranges and bananas in
sherbet dishes and top with juice mixture. Sprinkle coconut on top and place
stemmed cherry on coconut. I serve the fruit cup on a crystal plate topped
with a lace doily as the first course before the Rum Runner's French Toast
and bacon.
