Mix in blender: 7 eggs, 1 c. Milk, 1/2 c. Sugar, 1 c. flour
Add into blender while mixing: 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 T. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 T. melted butter.
Cook in buttered round electric skillet at 350-375 degrees until lightly brown on one side and then flip over to brown other side.
Traditional toppings: butter & powdered sugar
Other toppings: strawberries & whipping cream or other fresh fruit.
