Apple Bread presented by Grapevine Log Cabins Bed & Breakfast

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups grated apples
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Stir in apples and flour. Put in 2 loaf pans that have been sprinkled with 1/2 the topping and put remaining topping on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons flour
1/4 cup butter
