Crustless Quiche presented by Goddard Mansion

1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or swiss)
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Grease a 9 inch pie plate and sprinkle the ham, cheese, and broccoli in the pie plate.
In a bowl combine the Bisquick® mix, milk, salt, and eggs until blended.
Pour into pie plate over the ham, broccoli, and cheese.
Bake at 400º for 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
For a variation, use cooked ground sausage (1 lb) and chopped green pepper.
