This is a very quick and easy bread recipe shared by a college housemate
from Indiana.
Mix:
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat or rye flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Add 1 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour into sprayed 9x9" pan. Sprinkle with a
mixture of roughly ½ cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp cinnamon, 4 Tbsps oatmeal and 4 Tbsps
margarine or butter crumbled together with a pastry blender or spread with
preserves. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
