3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs well beaten
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries (drain juice)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
Mix all dry ingredients together and put liquids in center. Mix by hand and place dough in two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
