1 pkg. Texas Style Biscuits (used only 6 biscuits)
6 eggs
2 precooked potato patties
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 lb. sausage browned & drained
Spray large muffin pan. With flour on counter, flatten biscuits. Form into muffin pan. Chop potato patties and place into bottom. Divide sausage and cheese evenly. Pour egg and milk mixture over muffins to 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes and allows eggs to set after baking.
