Spiced Mocha Mix presented by Evening Shade Inn Bed and Breakfast

You chocolate lovers won't be satisfied with just plain hot chocolate once you try this. Keep some of this hot drink mix on hand for quick use to warm you up. Enjoy!
Makes about 2 1/2 cups mix, will yield about 12 to 15 individual servings.
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Spiced Hot Mocha
Stir about 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons Spiced Mocha Mix into 1 cup hot milk or water in a mug, stirring until dissolved. Top with marshmallows, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
