- 8 oz. white button mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Saute mushrooms, garlic, onion and butter for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add white wine and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the pan from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve immediately.
