1 lb. ground turkey breakfast sausage
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 tsp. of: oregano, basil, sage, thyme, garlic or your favorite
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients to form meatloaf type consistency. Place in ring
(jello mold) which has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Before cooking, unmold the ring and place on a baking rack in a shallow pan
or on a broiler pan. Cook for 45 minutes uncovered, the final 10-15 minutes cover with
foil. Bake at 325-350 degrees. Your guests will love it!
