1 egg beat with whisk
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup pecan pancake mix
1/2 cup buckwheat pancake mix
Mix together with whisk

Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Mix in with whisk

Bake on hot waffle iron 4 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
