Spread top of a small (about 6 inches across) Brie cheese with apricot jam and sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers and fruit.

A circa 1834 stone farmhouse centrally located within 20 minutes of Harrisburg, Lancaster, Hershey and York. 		Mount Joy, Pennsylvania Bed and Breakfast: The original building, a pioneer cabin and trading post are still on the spot, proven by a great collection of artifacts the host and hostess have found over the last few years. The house was also a stop on the Underground Railroad and the remains of a bricked up arch that presumably leads to an escape tunnel and living space are still very evident in the basement.
