4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 large banana, sliced
6 strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup whipping cream
6 ice cubes
Fresh mint for garnish
Blend ingredients in blender or food processor for 1 minute. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Other fruits can be substituted. Make sure it is served very cold.
