2 pkgs chopped broccoli, cooked as directed and drained
1/2 stick margarine
20 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Mix cream of mushroom soup and cheese; pour over broccoli and mix
gently. Put in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Crush crackers. Melt
butter and mix with crackers and put on top of mixture. Bake at
350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
