1 cup peeled and diced potato
1 cup water 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, halved 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp salt dash of pepper 2 14 oz cans, whole tomatoes (no salt added) undrained coarsely chopped 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt 2 Tbsps freshly grated parmesan cheese
1. Combine first four ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
