5 large eggs
2/3 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup orange triple sec (or orange juice)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup melted margarine
Dozen day old croissants
Whip the whipping cream with a wire whisk, add egg and whip together. Stir
in triple sec, sugar and ground cinnamon. Dip the croissants in melted
butter and then the egg mixture. Fry, flipping only once. Serve immediately.
(Hint: Let the egg mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.)
