1 sheet Phyllo pastry dough
1/4 c. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. raspberry jam
1 egg, well beaten
1 T. water
Blend the cream cheese until fluffy. Spread evenly over dough. Spread jam evenly over cream cheese. Cut dough into three even strips. Gently fold each strip in half long-wise and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Make an egg wash by combining the egg & water. Brush onto top and sides of pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
