| 1 1/2 cups Flour |
2 large Eggs |
| 1 cup Sugar |
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 1/8 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder |
1/2 cup melted Butter |
| 1 tsp. Baking soda |
3 medium bananas |
| 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream |
| 1/2 cup Pecans, finely chopped |
1 tsp. Vanilla extract |
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease and flour the bottom of an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, pecans and chocolate chips.

- Scrape the batter into the pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester or wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean and the top is golden.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
