No one can stop at just one. Easy and diffrent your guest's will be asking for more. In a world filled with sweet breads, try this "Killer" savory bread.
1 small round loaf French Bread
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/4 cup mayonnase
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Split bread in half horizontally. Reserve half for another use.
Combine butter and garlic in small bowl. Spread butter mixture over cut side of bread. Toast bread, unwrapped for 5 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and turn on broiler.
Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixuture over cut side of toasted bread. Broil until golden bown. Slice bread and serve immediately.
