A simple and elegant dessert which will be a sure show stopper.
Batter:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Karo corn syrup
1 cup chopped Walnuts
1 teaspon salt
Topping:
Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons instant coffee
Grease cupcake tin - Mix all batter ingreadiance together. Pour batter into 6 or 7 of the cupcake holes. Bake 45 minutes at 275, remove from cups while warm, inverted on plate. Whip the cream into stiff peaks adding the instant coffee. Top with coffee cream and enjoy.
