2 C Flour
3/4 C Honey
1/2 C veg. oil
2 Eggs
1 C yogurt
1 tsp lemon extract
1 TBLS poppy seed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp B Powder
1/4 tsp B Soda

Cream sugar, oil - add eggs, yogurt and lemon extract.
Combine dry ingredients and add mix just until moistened.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
