3 cans Mexicorn - drained
1 Jalapeno pepper chopped, (or use canned Jalapeno's to taste)
3 green onions chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can diced green chilis - drained
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
dash of Cayenne pepper
Blend ingredients and chill before serving (minimum 2-3 hours). Serve
with Frito Scoopers.
This recipe makes a large amount....you can easily adjust the ingredients
and make 1/3 of recipe.
