4 firm, ripe pears
lemon juice
butter
1 cup raspberries
Sauce:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Chambord
Peel and core the pears. Slice into thin slices and dip in lemon juice.
Melt butter in skillet and add the pears. Saute until soft and warm, but not mushy.
For sauce, combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To assemble, spoon sauce onto a plate. Arrange pear slices in an appealing manner and
top with fresh raspberries.
