1 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups cereal (bran)
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 cup raisins
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cereal together in a medium-size
bowl and set aside.
Beat together eggs, milk and vegetable oil in another bowl. Add liquid to
dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in pecans and raisins. Bake
on preheated waffle iron until golden. Yield: 1 dozen.
