Maine Pumpkin Bread presented by Briar Rose Bed & Breakfast

Cook time: 50 minutes
Temp: 350 F
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c canola oil
2/3 c water
3 c cane sugar
3 1/2 c flour
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/2 t cloves
1/4 t ginger
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended.
In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just blended.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350.
